Fee Payment

  1. Payment Options: Fees can be paid through the following methods:

    • Online banking
    • Bank draft
    • Cash deposit at the college office

  2. Payment Frequency:

    • Quarterly: Fees can be paid quarterly.
    • Half-Yearly: Fees can be paid half-yearly.
    • Annual: Fees can be paid annually.

  3. Fee Deadlines:

    • Fees must be paid by the 15th of the month preceding the start of the new term.
    • Late fees will be charged as follows:
      • Rs. 100 per day for the first 10 days of delay
      • Rs. 500 per day thereafter, up to the 5th of the next month
      • Failure to pay fees by the 5th of the next month may result in the student’s name being struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be subject to a fee.

Fee Revision

  1. Fee Adjustments: The college reserves the right to adjust fees to account for rising costs, such as electricity, fuel, and other operational expenses.
  2. Notification of Changes: Any fee increases will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance and will be reflected on the college website.

Student Conduct and Discipline

  1. Attendance: Students must maintain regular attendance. Absence without prior approval for more than seven consecutive days may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the college rolls.
  2. Academic Performance: Students must meet academic expectations and clear all outstanding fees before appearing for examinations.
  3. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to adhere to the college’s code of conduct. Violations of the code may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

Parental Cooperation

We encourage parental cooperation in maintaining the high standards of the college. Parents are requested to:

  • Stay informed about college policies and procedures.
  • Monitor their child’s academic progress and behavior.
  • Communicate regularly with the college administration.
  • Support the college’s efforts to provide a quality education.
