Parental Visits
Parents and guardians are welcome to visit their children on designated visiting Sundays. The visiting hours are as follows:
- Year-Round: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- October to March: 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
- April to September: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Restrictions on Visitor Access
To maintain a disciplined and focused learning environment, the following restrictions apply:
- Cadet Restrictions: Cadets are not allowed to invite relatives or guests to any part of the college campus, including boarding wings, dormitories, academic blocks, or the cafeteria.
- Parental Restrictions: Parents are not permitted to visit boarding dormitories, lecture halls, or training areas. They may meet with administrative staff in their respective offices during visiting hours, provided a prior appointment is made.
Communication with Cadets
- Telephone Calls: Cadets may make or receive phone calls through the administration block during designated times.
- Postal Mail: Parents and guardians may send letters to their children through the college post office.
By adhering to these guidelines, parents and guardians can maintain a positive and supportive relationship with their children while respecting the college’s rules and regulations.
