Disciplinary Withdrawal
Cadets may be withdrawn from the college due to the following disciplinary offenses:
- Academic Misconduct: Cheating, plagiarism, or other forms of academic dishonesty.
- Property Damage: Deliberately damaging college property.
- Substance Abuse: Possession or use of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.
- Violation of College Rules: Disobeying college rules and regulations, including curfew, dress code, and behavior guidelines.
- Disruptive Behavior: Disrupting the learning environment, bullying, or harassment.
- Serious Misconduct: Engaging in serious misconduct, such as theft, violence, or criminal activity.
Voluntary Withdrawal
Parents/guardians who wish to withdraw their child from the college must submit a written notice at least three months in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in additional fees being charged.
Important Considerations
- Fee Refunds: Fees paid are non-refundable.
- College Leaving Certificate: A college leaving certificate will be issued only upon written request from the parents/guardians.
- Financial Assistance: Any financial assistance or scholarships awarded to the student may be revoked in case of disciplinary action or voluntary withdrawal.
