Breaking-In Period
To ensure a smooth transition into the college environment, a mandatory breaking-in period of 12 weeks is implemented for all new cadets. During this period, cadets are not allowed to meet with parents or guardians to focus on adapting to the college’s routine and discipline. The duration of the breaking-in period may be extended at the discretion of the college authorities.
Maintenance of College Property
Cadets are responsible for maintaining college property, including buildings, furniture, and equipment. Any damage caused by a cadet will be repaired or replaced at the expense of the cadet’s parents or guardians.
Parental Visits and Communication
Parents/guardians can schedule appointments to meet with the Principal, Vice Principal, or Deputy Principal to discuss their child’s academic progress or conduct. These meetings should be held in the designated areas of the administration block or principal’s office.
Cadets are not permitted to make or receive personal phone calls during the week. However, they can make or receive calls through the administration block on Sundays. Charges may apply for calls made by cadets.
Disciplinary Actions
The college has strict disciplinary rules to maintain a conducive learning environment. Violations of these rules may result in disciplinary actions, including:
- Warning: A verbal or written warning.
- Detention: Compulsory attendance during specific time periods.
- Community Service: Performing community service within the college campus.
- Loss of Privileges: Restrictions on extracurricular activities or privileges.
- Expulsion: In severe cases of misconduct, a cadet may be expelled from the college.
By adhering to these rules and regulations, cadets can create a positive and productive learning experience.
